1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships without any penalty. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at sales@toycrush.in or by phone at +91-7907937281 as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Return and Refund

You can return most new, unopened items sold by Toy Crush within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of our error.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• We will then provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
