Drop Shipping Specific FAQs
- Do you list the exact stock levels of your products?
Since we use a drop shipping model, we don’t hold the inventory ourselves. Therefore, we cannot show exact stock levels. However, if an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
- Can I return a product directly to your suppliers?
No, all returns must be shipped back to the address provided in our return policy.
- What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
We will notify you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is unavailable. At your discretion, we can offer you a similar product, issue a full refund, or place the item on backorder for you.
